Free Wifi connection in Dahl hamam Park area

I live opposite Dahl hamam park and i get wifi signals in my room on my lap top and it is connected but when i browse it gets disconnected immediately.
Can any one guide me how to browse using this wifi connection.

Is the signal weak? Try buyin a USB WIFI Adapter with a good range so that it can pick it up. Or try placing your laptop nearer to the wifi signal
