Package on offer: QR 42k/month (all-in)

I expect to live in a Furnished apartment not too far from city centre & schools.

My estimates were :
Expenses per month
Basic household 23,279.46 (groceries, car insurance, ameniteis likas gas, phone, water.. etc)
school 2,605.00
Home 15,000.00

Total 40,884.46

Are my estimates correct ?

Could you please advise what should be a good package ?
