Hi! I am going to move to Doha in 2 months. I am going to marry with a latin man in 4 or 5 months in Spain but we would like to go together to Doha. It is possible to find a Visa Residence for him?If we have to wait until we are married, must we wait until he has European residence and then ask for a visa residence in Qatar or we could do it from his country? In his country there is not consulate of Qatar and we are really lost...Thanks for your answers

thanks for your answer...

defenitely he doesn't have a spanish passport...

I have visited the Qatar gov web site and it sees not easy to take him as my family...

Can anybody tell me if it was difficult and how long it takes?

Is his passport from Spain? If so, he can get a 1 month visit visa (which can be extended for a second month) but since you are not married you can not sponsor him. Meaning before his visit visa is up, you would need to be married or he would need to leave Qatar.

If you plan on getting married, I would suggest you do it before the move as that would simplify things.

ha ha ha

no! he is "latino" and what i wanted to say that it was non european resident...

Then if we marry as soon as possible, and I move to Qatar, how long it takes to give my future housband a residence visa?

Para toda esa gente de países latinoamericanos ¿dónde hemos de acudir? no hay embajada ni consulado de Qatar en centro américa...

I would say you have to be married! A latin man? Like Caesar?
