Shipping Christmas Decorations

fresh start
By fresh start

Hi all

I have finally been getting quotes for shipping some of our house contents over to Doha for arrival in Sept.

One of the removal companies said I may not be able to bring my christmas decorations if these feature angels! Is this true? What do I need to be careful of when packing these items? He also said that I would not be able to pack a Bible.

I would appreciate your advice

Regards
FS

huh? kindly ask the staff from that moving company where he got that idea. we have Christian Church here, how come Bible is not allowed? if you find it difficult to ship angel figurines and staffs, dont worry much. its available in the market. different sizes and designs too.

advanced Merry Christmas!

No problem for you to bring the stuff in. Even if they would confiscate it on arrival, they would allow it to come in the country, as you are a western and they have quite a lot of concideration here for the customs of Westerners. That was in the old days. However, now they will allow just about everything. Xmas decorations are widely sold here.

I agree with Novita. Don't think either one is a problem.
