Formalities/ Requirements for UMMRAH - to saudi

Hello dears asalamu alaikum
,
I am residing in qatar with my family. And my relation is staying in INDIA.
Now both family are planned to go for UMMRAH - Saudi. Pls note that, my relation need to come qatar then go to UMMRAH along with my family.
So i request you to tell the details for,
1. Where i get the qatar visa for my relative?
2. What is the formalities required for qatar to Saudi (for Both family).
3. Is there any agency, pls give the Phone number,
Note: I am not a GCC nationality.
My family have valid qatar permits.

It depends on the relationship with your relative. It has to be direct relative (brother, sister, mother father etc of either you or your wife). Procedure is as follows:
1. Get a visa for your relative from immigration department at madina khalifa. This is a one month visa extendable to six months. Cost QR 200
2. Once your relative reaches doha, get their medical done from medical commission located at abu hamour. Cost QR 100.
3. Once they pass medical, apply for visa extension and multiple entry visa at immigration department in madina khalifa. Cost QR 200 for multiple entry and QR 200 for extension of each month.
4. After getting visa extension and multiple entry, yuou can contact any umrah agent for getting umrah visa. Cost QR 250 (may vary depending on the agent).
