Please give me clarification on this matter...I am currently on ban since I was resigned from my employed and they cancelled my visa. I am presently in OMan now and my husband is in Qatar. He will process my visa thru husband sponsorship. Does five year ban will not affect my plan to come back using Husband's Sponsorship Visa?
the Bahraini government which wanted expats to have a maximum say limit.
The idea is to ensure that expats , espcially fom developing countries do not "set uphome" Qatar, wit its rel estate developments seems to be focusing on "hgh end" expatriates for the long term..
As mostly the visas are stamped for one year, and if some one does not wana continue with the same employer then i think this is the time that he can change his organizatoin as now hiw visa is expired.
No! It is currently for 2 years, There is a proposal to extend it to 5 years which has to be approved. Whether it gets approved or not is a different story.
