Anyone interested in sharing luxury villa
Hello all,
Finally I landed in Doha airport or semi airport..lol
So, I have been driving around in the past day and found out the best area to live is the Westbay... So, I am wondering if there are anyone/coupls or new commers like me interested in sharing luxury villa? rather than each spend 10k or 8 on apt ,,,3-4 of us can rent villa fo 20k and I think we can get something good?

For example, how are going to sign the rental agreement? Will the real estate agent agree to write several contracts, each for a part of the villa?
Another alternative is that you have the main renter, who signs the rental contract with the landlord/agent, and then sublets part of the villa to perspective roommates. Can it work in Qatari reality?

it makes sense to me sharing a villa,the cost of it will be halved,just be careful. good luck
