You women are killing us.. First Post-Natal Deresion and now Pre-Natal..

Is there any time you're happy ?;0)

Sounds like its just hormones from pregnancy about the arrival of the new baby. Its a happy time but also very anxious time as life will dramatically change...Do up the nursery, go shopping and sleep as much as you can...after the arrival of the baby, you wont even have time to think about yourself.Thats the beauty of having kids, your priorties change and you gladly dont have time to think about yourself anymore, especially in the early stages. Also as QS said, enjoy it its the best thing you will ever experience, its huge..Good luck ...

cool down girl.. don't let your sadness into your system, it really might affect your baby-girl!

better go and groom yourself after work. do some light exercise (not overwork though!)..get mani-pedi done, get your hair done... have some yami yami meal...get some DVD with the nice relaxing concert of your favorite group/orchestra...

be well!

I think it's quite common for new mothers having depression during one phase of pregnancy, dont stress yourself, find someone to talk and do something tht can cheer u up e.g shopping and nice dinner out with hubby.

By crazy_jry• 19 Jun 2008 12:29

sounds like you are living a meaningless life. Wake up and smell the coffee...you only live once..so seat and think deep as to what you want to do with your life before you're six feet under....is there something you would like to achieve? Set some goals, targets and bring some meaning to your life......ahm ahm.....Dr. Phil was once my student.

The best cure for sadness is friendship. So, try to find someone who you can talk to or hang out with.

aren't you expecting a baby soon?? you cannot be depressed!! think about your baby! he'she can feel what mood you are in, and might get depressed too!!

..and also the thoughts about coming baby should keep you in the best mood ever... why to be depressed??

cry if u need. but not too much and not in front of someone.

go for a ride, if u have a car, or go for a walk near the sea.

don't sit at home, go out with ur friends, laugh and joke around.

but most of all: don't tie urself to the past!

If you're looking for a problem, you're probably gonna find one.

the seashore.. look at the majesty of nature .. watch the waves wash up on the shore, the boats in the harbour, the seagulls in the air..

Alternatively, you could just go to the mall and ogle the passers by.

As you like books and movies loose yourself in a action packed book or movie dont watch a romantic movie or book if its a romantic problem thats making you sad.

but the best thing to do is to get busy with your friends or go to a spa or beauty saloon and give yourself a good treat

Cheer up people, its the weekend...alright seriously talk to friends, if they arent helpful, make new ones, how that can be possible, you can come out and meet us all, there are a few of us who are an easy-going make to smile cheerful bunch of people...out of which, I sure place myself at the top...LOL...and if all this doesnt work, then you could tell us your problem, or else, you could always take me for a Coffee and you can pay the bill, trust me that can surely cheer you up...LOL!!!

When I'm sad and feels like crying, I cry. But not for a long time. AFterwards, I talk to myself and say that I'm still lucky enough than others in this world.

It normally happens to me during weekends, when I'm alone in the room and no one to talk to.
