Yes......Getting stuck in traffic in Dubai is nice experience. Prepare your nerves for it.

There are forums but not as active as QL, and friends use only the www.surfersofdubai.com for obvious reason... surfing news, trading etcetc.
it's because there are a LOT of things to do in Dubai.
