Does anybody have any idea how I could transport live fish into Qatar? I want to bring over a certain species of tropical fish that's not available here in Qatar. I don't know how or where to start. I would really appreciate the help.

You need to check with the pet shops who are used to do it.
I do believe that they are transfered by plastic bags filled half by water and the other half by oxygen.
They can live in home where A/C are available, whenever the degree is under 22C, you could install a heater for the aquarium.
I do have some Malawi and tanganita fish(from the north lack of the state)
My fish are difficult to find in Qatar, I do have more than 7 years experince with fresh water aquarium.
