Waiting List for Colleges in Doha?

After several weeks of salary negotiations I have accepted an offer in Qatar; my wife and I will be moving from the United States in about 3 weeks. My wife would like to go back to school to complete her degree, and it looks like there are a number of US schools with branches in Doha. I'm curious is any QLers currently study at one of these schools and if there was any waiting list to get in.
Thanks Alija, I had read so much about waiting lists for schools I didn't know if it was just for children of if the universities were backed up too.
Hey there.
I am currently in one of those US colleges, specifically Weill Cornell Medical College (and my wife is at Georgetown school of foreign service here). so feel free to ask me...
Anyway ill briefly list the US colleges here:
Texas A&M: school of engineering with BS degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical and petroleum engineering
Georgetown school of foreign service with a program in foregin service (BS degree)
Weill Cornell medical college - medicine with MD degree
Virginia commonwealth: BA in interior design or art
Carnegie mellon: 2 programs: computer science and Business (BS).
and northwestern university school of journalism.
Basically as far as i know there's no waiting list until all the available positions are fulfilled but the most important thing is to check with the deadlines as the deadline for 2008/2009 yr is already passed in most of those unis.
Finally u can get in touch with the admission office of each of those unis and check for the specific requirement for admission etc..
Visit: www.qf.org.qa and then follow the links for each individual university.
On a note, all of those programs offer undergraduate degrees (apart of Weill Cornell with its graduate degree of medicine MD) and now faculty of islamic studies (or something like that) that is offering a master in islamic banking which takes 2 yr (im not sure if they'll change the program after those 2yrs).
I hope that was helpful.
Hit me back if u got any further questions
