NEW PHILIPPINE PASSPORT

there's a new philipine embassy circular-09-2008 issue date 23 of may 2008.regarding on the new machine readable passport.

actually i have acquired it already in the philippines when i renewed my passport last july '07 and the price range of the old and new is almost the same.

i just wanted to comment that i think it is better to put also the actual price in the circular.so there is no need for everyone to call the embassy.

and practically to be transparent...

what do you think my kababayans?????
