Please help, if you guys had the same problem and solved your problem....

Thanks in advance
In properties it shows Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0, 3.50GB RAM, although I have 4GB installed, I did ask about it however and they told me that i have to change my operating system to an x64 Version for all the 4GB to work...

if u are using windows xp sp2 with 4 g.b of ram i will not show u more then 2.5 - 3 g.b be coz 32 bit soft like windows don't make more then 3 g.b of ram available to you.also u can check more about your motherboard as if it can supports 64bit windows then go for it.It i will show u 4 g.b. also don't mess up with the bios or cheat your o/s as it may harm ur pc performance.so y not try 64bit but be sure about the drivers u have for 64 bit o/s.
maybe its due to the operating system, 32-bit operating system supports only up to 3GB maximum memory, try to use a 64-bit operating system. . . .
**** check the bios if it display 4GB. if it displays 4GB then the operating system is the problem.
To become a good technician or PC Troubleshooting, try all possibilities that you can think of. besides, it's your computer. if you do something wrong, buy new one :D
How many RAM Chip now after you installed to make it 4GB?
if it's 1GB per Chip, maybe the last chip is not working that's why it only shows 3GB.
notta did not show up on my
computer > properties
still 3070

I think it supports 4GB, because if it was not supporting it will not support more than 2GB like Windows XP,
No man is above the law and no man below it.
I think u should check ur motherboard to see if it supports 4gb ram ...
