RP's for Children

Well, I've finally got my RP, but my children didn't get anything back from my husband's company, save for a big ugly sticker on the back of their passports.

Are children supposed to be issued the card-sized RP or don't they get them?

Thanks for your help!

Yes, a lot of expats use private hospitals. Also know, if you ever have to go to ER, just take passports if that's all you have. They don't care, card or not.

I think QP are going to provide medical care. Will be sure to double check that though!

You will need to get them health cards though if you plan to use gov't health care. Pretty easy process and even easier to renew.

No kids dont get an I.D Card just the residency permit inside there passport. Make sure you get a photocopy of this to carry around with you just in case you get asked. The reason for the iD card for adults is most companies will keep their passport so you don't just decide to take off with out the company knowing.

Yes, they have a thing inside their passports now that I look, just not an id card. I guess that's what I'm wondering about.

do you think they processed it? did the company asked for your children's legal docs?

Do you mean an ID card? No I don't think children get them, well mine didn't. Its just the thing in the passport as far as I'm aware!
