No they give only cash.

on the contract it shows yearly increase of 3% on basic salary but they told me the increase is more than that depends on the the rate of inflation but how would I know if they wouldn't be giving me only 3% every year??

hello one guy living ... me think QR 6000 for each kids are really in the low side. My son goes to Doha English Speaking School, at starting from Sept the fees go up QR8600 a term !!! (not a year), and school fees go up about 10 percents some time more a year.

I am not sure about negotiation with the company, but once you relocating to Qatar and you find it you can not save it would be too late to turn back.

Do consider and do the math again carefully.

if you want to live in a villa, you will have to pay at least QR 15.000 (so you have to fork out the rest of the housing expenses).

can you ask your future employer to just give you a villa (not allowance?).

are you planning to have a family while you are here? did you clarify with your employer about the school benefits?

I don't know about banking grades, but sounds like you have years of experience?

The housing allowance seems low, so I assume the other figures are, too.

You're already in the Middle East, so you're familiar with bargaining. Don't take the first offer! Check other posts and make sure the package includes everything that others have mentioned. Be prepared to ask for more, but have a firm idea of what you'll settle for.

Good luck!

Check out other postings similar to this...i.e asking package ok etc and you'll find alot say get them to secure housing as its at a premium...or ask for more, its a risk market out here when it comes to housing
