I know there is many forum topic on nursery bt I count find anything for 4th month old babies, Pls suggest me any nursery with contact details(would b a gr8 help) where i can leave my baby.
Try the Little Angels Nursery, my daughter is there since Nov. 2006 maybe its expensive but it deserve, 1st they work from 6:30 to 3:30 5days 2nd big and safe garden 3rd healthy calsses 4th Clean and qualified poeple.

You can try Juniors in Hilaal...My son goes there and today I checked it out if they will keep 4 mth old baby..and they will..so hurry up and go there..its behind ICC on D ring road..take the turn right next to ICC and then 3rd left..you will c it on your right...all the best!!
