the person in vic's avi looks cute from the face pic, I would stare at her if she wasn't looking, and I would approach her if I was single.

personally I'm glad he got 10 days.

I think that gets the message across that whatever his intentions were it is not acceptable to harass people.

Who knows he could be a bit crazy and this would give him ample time to understand it is wrong. much like punishing a kid.

or perhaps he meant to harm her for some reason and this has made him rethink his decision.

I got used to it, it is however annoying when you look them in the face and they still stare at you with a blank look, not trying to conceal the fact that they are staring.
