I volunteer to work in Doha after 4.5 years in Africa. Life in Doha sometimes is a bit dull here, except when friends get together then is real fun, like always, depends, what you call having fun. Doha like in Dubai, they are great places to be for a couple of years, then is time to move on. I will probably will be doing that next year, I pray Jesus for a better location in Europe or Asia. Otherwise is all good for now. People look at the US and the electoral process here and are reminded that this is a major transparent democracy, a vibrant and diverse country.Kurt VolkerUS state department
