There's one restaurant that sells camel kapsa, it very near to Midmac Flyover, if you're coming from ramada signal going to salwa don't take the midmac flyover, instead take the Roundabout and go straight going to Salwa Industrial, before you reach the petrol station on the right, take the right small road where you can see some small shops, the sign board is in ARABIC (AL QATEEM) but it's the only Yellow signboard in that area (the resto is very near to the roundabout). They don't serve it everyday i think.
Just ask them which day to they serve the camel kapsa, i think it's 30 bucks per order.

The morroco restaurant at the Souq have camel in the menu.
I just ordered because I like to try things, but It was nothing from outta space. It was like a normal meat for me.
But you can go and try it, maybe its no the right one, and they have their one style.

Yes I have. It tasts fine, maybe a little stronger and it is like an aphrodisiac to the male species....However I have had it home cooked.
Baby camel is much better that an older animal. Same as veal is better than beef, baby chicken better than a big mama etc.
