Atenatal classes???

Does anybody knows about atenatal classes, where husbands are allowed???

At which week start the atenatal classes?

Exist any pregnancy gym during the whole pregnancy?

Or does anybody known, where i can go swimming???

There are doulas and midwives who give individual antenatal classes in your own home.

AFAIK, 1200 QR

Next one starts in early may, so hurry up

Husbands are allowed

Well, this is the only athenatal classes I found so far, so if you know any other, please share

antenatal classes with husbands?Wow does that happen here?! What about hiring a personal midwife? Do they have them here, they do in Abu Dhabi. I'll be one but I'm expensive lol
