Ladies Gym

I m looking out for a ladies gym which is reasonable and open late hours as well. Since I am a working women its difficult to get a good gym as most of them have ladies hour in the afternoon. I would prefer some gym which is on the salwa road as I live around here or some where in Najma / Mansoura / Hilal area as I work somewhere around this area. I would rather prefer if the gym has thread mill, stepper etc and not just aerobic classes.
