A friend of mine has applied in Qtel through GulfTalent.
Is there a possibility of checking in person with QTel for the same. If yes, then who / where does HR department sit and location of the office.
Your valuable suggessions and/or PM's will be more than appreciated.

Hey there buddy, QTel HR, is in the WestBay QTEL Tower next to the Sheraton...get there and go to the 19th Floor and have a check there...if you are ready to go to the office, other than that, contacts, naaa...not too helpful over the phone mate...
So have a check on that...anything else let know buddy...
HR used to be in the building on Al-Saad street. I don't know if it's moved.

Give it a try you won't lose anything. Take a look at their website also maybe there are some useful information that might help.

Simply call Qtel and get the information you require. Qtel operators are helpful.
