Qtel ends promotion of non-available Hala cards?
I've been trying for the last couple of weeks to get the QR50 credits' free Hala card. Everytime I went to Qtel they said, "tomorrow". And tomorrow became another tomorrow, etc.
A few days back I asked an employee at what time I should attend "tomorrow", since the cards always seem to be finished when I come. He advised me to go to one particular branch office, where they were likely to have some cards.
This morning I went to that office, only to be met by their "doorman" telling me that "this promotion finished, sir!".
Mabrook to Qtel for not being able to deliver, after splashing their big promise all over town! Since I'm new in Qatar, it would be interesting to know from QL members if this failure to deliver is a common Qtel phenomenon?
how unlucky u r northandsouth....usually in busy branches like in City Center, you have to go there in the morning for they ran out at a later time.

if u want still available in waqood patrol station doha branch get it fast.....
It's not over yet. My friend works at qtel and he said its still there.
