URGENTLY SEEKING HELP... PLS.

I have a friend who's working in a resto (waiter).  He was accussed of having a relationship with her co-employee.  Without due process, he was advised by his employer that he will be sent back home few days from now.  He's not working for 10days now.  He consumed all his earnings. In short, broke.

Is there anything we can do to help him not to be sent home? Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

I met with my friend last night. I was told that he went to our Labor office (POLO OWWA) to ask for some legal advice. You know what they told him... "PAG AYAW NA NG COMPANY SA EMPLOYEE WALA TAYONG MAGAGAWA DYAN... UUWI KA TLAGA NG PILIPINAS". POLO OWWA here is nothing but just an INUTIL.

We plan what he will do starting this very day, he will give the letter to the Human Resources Dept. stating that issues were all but mere false accusations and baseless.  After that, I advised him to consult with the Human Rights Commission.

Again, guys thank you for all your assistance.

as what they advise you here....let your friend talk to his employee (plead if necessary) to let him find another work...to issue a release....he is indeed in a bad situation here....that's the only option i can see here (aside from asking help from our labor..which i dont think would do any help)....

if he can ask for a reelease, ask for it and try to look for a new job..but,if not,he has no other choice..but if he is going to leave don't forget to ask for  employment certificate for reference...

so sad ... being accused? I don't know what is the issue here, can his employer prove it? Does anyone complain about the guy or his behavior? :( It is just unfair that if the girl in love or liking the guy is not responding to her boss and choose this guy and the boss got nothing but being jealous like that ...

That is what I do understand from this story and ... from the guy behavior ... some of this is true ... but what to do? I wish that things would be better for him soon ...

try to talk to his boss and ask for some consideration. if the boss wil allow him to look for a new job then thats good. but if not, well no other choice but to go hom back in Phils. oh by the way was he hired straight bak home (phils.) or he was locally hired here in qatar? because if he is locally hired here, there is a big chance of getting an NOC and look for a new job. but if he was hired in phils. then really need to go home.

if he is really broke, maybe the ticket and other stuff will be shouldered by the employer. if still no other choice then go to the phil. embassy or ask help to those filipino organizations here in doha.

my life revolves around them... best gift ive ever had...
