Aussie Alert!!! TimTam sighting at MegaMart!!
Ohh yum...was shopping today at Megamart and lo and behold on one of the end caps was several packages of TimTams..The ones I saw were caramel and double chocolate raspberry.
for those of you who don't know these lovely items...they are cookies(biscuits to some!)..chocolate covered rectangles..you bite off the ends a bit, put one tip down into your coffee and suck the coffee up through the cookie, using it like a straw. Trick is to use it that way just long enough but not too long or the cookie dissolves in your fingers...pure heaven...
Young at heart huh! Everyone should have.. just like the advertisement from the government some times ago in OZ, the slogan 'Not old, just get older'.. Geez.. I like that ad.

I picked up a lovely family assortment with Chocolate Montes and Tim Tams as well as a pack of ryvitas which are savoury wafers. Great with labne.
Certainly cured my recent bout of homesickness!
