I've heard mixed reviews and think it depends on which tower you live in. According to some 1 and 2 don't really have that high quality as you'd expect. (meaning not for the price you pay), however 3 and 4 are above standard for sure.
@franky, yes you can join their gym without living there.
We are living there for a couple of months, and a couple of months is as much as we'd stick!
it's not too bad, but the build quality is very poor, and unless you live above the 25th floor, the apartments are pretty dark and dull! This probably wouldn't bother us too much if we didn't have kids, but with a baby...not ideal!!
We got a good deal, but think that for the market rate (QR16250) you could do a lot better! Regency and Al Fardan Towers are nice, mind you Al Fardan is really, really expensive!
If you're a single guy, or possibly a couple it will be fine, but as with anywhere in Doha, you'll need to drive, despite the fact that City Centre Mall is only a stones throw away, you have to drive as there are no paths, or indeed safe places to cross the road...wouldn't advise crossing any road here though!!
On a positive note all utilities are included, house keeping come to clean twice a week, and they provide hotel style services like laundry, dry cleaining and room service from the cafe so that's great!
well my friend lives there and so far the pool is unavailable .i tink membership is avaiable because i remember seeing an ad for their gym memebership on QL.
I live there. There is a Nice gym. TV has limited channels and Internet is Ok at rooms. Swimming pool is not yet ready, which they are kept on telling it will be opened in couple of days.
