Not so different from what you dribble:

source- Wikipedia

"According to David Icke, reptilian humanoids are the force behind a worldwide conspiracy directed at manipulation and control of humanity. He contends that most of the world's leaders, from Bill Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton and George W. Bush to members of the British Royal Family, are in fact related to the 7-foot (2.1 m) tall, blood-drinking reptilians from the star system Alpha Draconis.

According to an interview with David Icke, Christine Fitzgerald claims that she was a confidante of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, and that Diana told her that the Royal Family were reptilian aliens, and that they could shapeshift.[9]

David Icke and others have claimed that U.S. President George W. Bush

and his family are part of this same bloodline (Icke, 2004).

Icke claims, based on his exploration of genealogical connections to European royalty, that many presidents of the United States have been and are reptilian humanoids. In his view, United States foreign policy after September 11 is the product of a reptilian conspiracy to enslave humanity, with George W. Bush as a servant of the reptilians."

The stated purpose of the organization is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world"

And you began starting on about Masonry and the Da Vinci Code and such like.

The thread wasn't anything to do with Masonry!!!  You turned the thread on it's head and the person who started it has now lost his audience for what he wished it to be .. an invitation for people to come forward and join a group who do charitable work!

and it says:

" The central part of what is otherwise a normal Rotary lapel badge, seems to show the symbols of Freemasonry, the set square and compasses, while the letter 'G' in the centre is also an indication of the Scottish Rite of Masonry. We know that many of the early Rotarians were Masons and  that, according to C.R. Hewitt in 'Towards My Neighbour', some Rotary clubs recruited exclusively from Freemasons until the practice was banned in the 1920s.  To date, no precise details of these links have been found in the archives of either body.

many people who did not know much about these organisations, thought that Rotary was a form of Masonry

AND

By the end of the decade, the Catholic Truth Society was able to declare that "Rotary is neither secret nor seditious".  It was nevertheless still regarded as a "society banned under pain of sin only"  and not of "sin and excommunication".  Gradually there was a thaw in relations between the Church and Rotary. In 1970 Pope Pius VI addressed Rotarians in Italy, and in 1979 Pope John Paul II spoke to the International Convention in Rome, praising some of Rotary's humanitarian programmes at a  special audience in the Vatican.  Later he accepted a Paul Harris Fellowship and a World Understanding and Peace Award from Rotary, while Catholic priests throughout the world were taking positions of authority, even serving as District Governors.

Only God knows why you converted; was it faith? was it to get personal benifits? was it under pressure? was it to cause more effective damage to a religion you hate? this is between you & God, and it's not the issue here.

A person's words would expose parts of their soul. Your hateful side was exposed when you accused those good & fair (arab) teachers of using religion (obviously Islam) to promote hate & war.....the 2 things that your government has been exporting to the rest of the world for tens of years

I love these conspiracy theories, they always expose the person espousing them as idiots well done.

Yeah and don't tell me next the entire World is run by the Jews in a massive Zionist conspiracy.

Except it isn't you want to know the real problem, which plays into to Israels hands, that the Arab World and Muslim people are totally unable to take responsibility for themselves, instead choosing to blame an unseen all powerful force.

Look at this whole region, it's a mess and no one wants to take the blame, just blame the Jews, stick your head in the sand and get on with it.

Rotarians, and their younger group, The Round Tablers are no more Masons than Hashin is!

Jeez H C !  I give up ....

They enjoy their meetings, have a drink and a meal, and organise events to raise charity.

must be so hard isn't it... seeing soooo many people regurgitating day in day out?

By Oh My• 22 Feb 2008 22:26

Yep...might as well round up all the Boy Scouts and get rid of them all before they turn into evil people...maybe have them join Hamas...you know...the good guys.

it said: "as long as it was reported on BBC, then it must be true"!!!

I can assure you: as long as Hamas is confirming this, then it must be true!

The Illuminati are top of the pyramid of the Masonary, they are the most dangerous, they control the world banks, most of them are (accidentally) jewish (specially from a family called Rotchild?) but they follow no religion. Their logo, a pyramid with an illuminating eye on top, was placed on the 1-dollar bill. "so the poorest man can see our logo", they claim.

I don't know much about masons but I have heard so many conspiracy theories... I saw a seedy Indian movie and part of the plot was the evil nature of the masons!

By anonymous• 22 Feb 2008 22:06

I don't take everything as factual but I don't think Dan Brown has an agenda against the Masons either...

Peanuts... careful before you call all Masons criminals... some American Presidents are Masons!

By anonymous• 22 Feb 2008 22:01

So there IS something fishy about them!

Our school teachers (Syrian, Egyptian, Iraqi & Palestinean) taught us that the Masons were a terrorist/criminal organization and that they had some clubs (Lions & Rotary) in order to give them a shiney image of "poeple who love to do free, non-compinsated favors to others". God knows how much truth there was in that, but I DO believe that the Masons are criminals.

You are talking about the muslim generated suspicion about the masons... I was reading Dan Brown's 'Angels and Demons' and the Masons were portrayed as sworn enemies of the Church... and the breeding ground for the Illuminati... No smoke without fire...

 http://freemasonrywatch.org/cyprus_orthodox.html

THE Pancyprian Christian Orthodox Movement has issued a booklet claiming that the Lions and Rotary Clubs and the Boy Scouts are recruiting grounds for Freemasonry.

“Masons are the Trojan Horse in our state,” said the booklet, 50,000 copies of which have been printed.

“They are traitors not only to the faith but to the country. They are a Jewish Zionist organization, whose objective is to destroy Christianity and to enslave the country.”

The leaflet also claims that Masons were behind the Greek junta, which orchestrated the coup that led to the invasion of Cyprus.

Representatives of the Orthodox Movement could not be reached for comment yesterday, and neither could a spokesman for Kykkos Monastery, under whose auspices the orgnisation is listed.

In February 1993, the Holy Synod issued a circular saying Freemasonry was a known organisation outside the Church, “with a world view that does not agree with the principles of our Orthodox faith”. The Church condemned the movement again in February 2000.

The latest booklet includes the Lions, Rotary and Boy Scouts as being linked to Freemasonry.

“The Masons admit to being behind these clubs, which work for their aims of social reform,” the booklet said. “The Lions were founded by Melvin Jones, who was a Mason in service to the dark Zionist forces whose aim is world domination by Israel.

“They claim their aims are charitable when in reality they try to infiltrate society to recruit new members as a stepping stone to Freemasonry.”

It said the Rotarians were founded in 1905 under the pretence of being a charitable and cultural organisation in order to cover its secret aims. It was also set up by a Mason, as were the Boy Scouts two years later, the leaflet claimed.

“They take the children out of the Church and make them go camping and they forbid the Lord’s Prayer,” it said.

Rotary and Boy Scouts representatives could not be reached for comment yesterday but George Christodoulides, the president of the Lions Club Nicosia Cosmopolitan dismissed the claims.

“The Lions have no link whatsoever with the Freemasons except maybe if some members who are Lions are also Freemasons,” he said. “Freemasons have secret things. Lions don’t have anything secret. It’s a services organisation.”

According to the Lions website, the letters are an acronym for ‘Liberty, Intelligence, Our Nation’s Safety’, but Christodoulides said the organisation was not political.

“Politics are forbidden. It’s in the code,” he said.

As far as I know, "Rotary" & "Lions" are banned in many countries of the world (not only Qatar) because they belong to a secret organization/ movement known as the "Masons". This organization is all about corrupting & destroying the structure of societies...something like the MAFIA...or at least this is what we were taught since we were kids. Please correct me if I'm wrong
