hELLO ALL i WOULD LIKE TO ASK HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF LIVING PER MONTH IN QATAR FOR A SINGLE MALE PERSON. IS 4500 QAR ( gROSS - NO ADDITONAL BENEFITS) SALARY NOT BAD FOR A START IN QATAR? WOULD I BE ABLE TO SAVE ANYTHING FORM THAT AMOUNT?
If you have a nice job in the Phil. no need to come here...see the rent for 1 room is QR 1500-2500 plus you will spend QR500 or more for your food and maybe QR 600 for the transportation. And you still have to send a remittance to your family so nothing will be left for your saving.... QR4000 is not enough....worst the dollar rate is very low now...but anyway think about it still the decision is yours...
Hi momsy thanks for the info, actually the offer is confirmed 4,000qar, no extra all inclusive that is the whole package, the worksite is in doha, will that be enough, I dont have expensive lifestyle, but at what average amount will I be able to send my family here in the Phil., If I can only save 20,000php I will not take the offer, I did some research and was shocked about the rent...
4500QR is not that bad depending on your job description. As for expenses here, you'll have to be very carefull not to overspend. just be practical on your expenses.
will the company provide you with free accomodation and transportation?if they will then it will be enough for you coz the rent here is very high and so does transportation. prices of food and other products have risen but if you are not planning to move your family here it will be enough for you.you can save depending on your lifestyle.
