Practise - verb - perform (an activity) or exercise (a skill) repeatedly or regularly in order to acquire, maintain or improve efficiency in it.
Practice - noun - the business premises of a doctor or lawyer; the actual application or use of a plan or method, as opposed to the therories relating to it.
Confusion arises because both words sound the same and US English uses "practice" for both meanings. It's difficult enough for native English speakers to understand the difference so non-native speakers have my sympathy.

Practise is the British spelling...In American English both are practice.
It's confusing for people who are learning English when American Enlish and British English are a lot different!
For example: color and colour, same word different spelling whether you are in the US or England. Same with Mom and Mum!

Practise IS a word. 'to practise' something is correct in the English language. This is what I was taught at school in the UK.
