... and working visa has been issued then for sure you will be banned in qatar for 2 years.

You can come back without any restriction. Any contract has a escape clause. Notice period for Termination during probationary period. This clause is for Employer's advantage. but you use this Clause to your advantage now.

BTW - My consultacy fee is QR 1000 for the above service:)

Hopefully you have kept a copy of your signed contract/letter for your own use. If you have a copy, I would recommend you show it to a lawyer/attorney in your area and ask his/her advice. If the contract is binding, there could be ramifications other than just not being allowed to live and work in Qatar for two years.

Hi friend thanks for your good suggestion.

I signed only ther contract paper of only two page with heading "Contract of service".

Tell me what is applicable for it if I will refuse.

Be sure what offer did you sign, is it contract or just a plainly offer letter, pls be guided accordingly. If it is already a contract then no turning back. :You should finish the stated contract, and you can't come back to Qatar but after 2 years . Next time , you should give yourself a time and chance to choose before committing to something you are not sure of.
