Hi All,

Belated Happy New Year; I would very much like to hear your advice as when is safe to resign.

My work visa is now issued however, I have not been given a mobility date and I am itching to resign from my current role. Do you think this is premature and I should wait or should I go ahead and resign right away?

QP compound for those on family status, how are the villas allocated. Is it based on the size of the family unit or are all parties given identical villas?
