Traffic Rule from the 16th

In case people missed it (or I didn't notice if there was a thread).

The law about speeding has changed.

You will now only pay a fine if speeding, however you will pay both a fine and have points taken away if you speed over 40km over the speed limit.

So if the limit is 80, you drive 100. It's a fine.
If it's 80, you drive 125. It's a fine and points deducted.

(I think they should eliminate the fine and take more points if you ask me :P)

Or give 10km leway

However, changing the speeding law to suit speeding is bullsh*** it is not as if these larger cars are easy to manipulate in a dangerous situation - no much worse many of the young drivers don't know the dangers of speeding they just want to feel the power of the car.

Sometimes I see young boys driving and think they are just out of pampers how come they are sitting behind a wheel. lol

Change the age to 21 better for families who don't want to loose their sons to the ongoing traffic war as this kills many more people than any kind of war.

Good for you, but some people will just not listen "when will they ever learn".

Your research completely disturbs me. Why established this type of traffic law, when the loop hole has traits of criminal intent. In other words this particular law is called a soft law.

About raising the age of driving has no purpose or goal. Is better to invest money in the school system and established some Kind of DRIVERS EDUCATION as mandatory, Many countries required this kind of training besides driving lessons and issuing a driving license to those maniacs.....

I have not heard that if a poor kid is caught driving, but the family is fined if a child is driving yes.

As for moving the age to 21, it's been rumoured for a good couple of years now.
