'ATTA' shortage

There seems to be a real crisis of atta in doha. Does any body know any place in Doha where it is available? If u are wondering what atta is, It is better known as cooking flour no2 here. The flour no 1 which is 'maida' in our terms is what is used for baking purposes.
This might sound strange to few, but those who are from India specially north India will realise what I am asking for. Earlier the brands like Pillsbury or Shakti Bhog were easily available, but recently they seem to have vanished from most of the hypermarkers and supermarkets.
Even Hyson is not available anymore. Without atta it is very difficult to make palatable chappatis. And the way I like chapatis, I will have to consider shifting back to India if I soon don't start getting them.
Does anybody know why this shortage has happened and when we might get it in the market. Or maybe tell me if it is avalable some where I can buy from.
