Info on a position for a Lady Draughtsperson

I am looking for information regarding a draughting position for my wife in Doha.
My family and I will be relocating to Doha at the end of January. My wife has 10 years draughting experience in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Process Draughting.
I would appreciate info on the following:
Are their many opportunities in these fields?
What salary and benefits can be expected?
Where are the best places to find job opportunities?

I don't know any specifics but the PetroChemical field is huge here with lots of oil companies involved in building installations, pipelines etc.
I work for one such company and I know they are expanding.
Do a search for oil companies working in the area, Like QatarGas, QatarPetroleum and Maersk Oil
