There is Taekwandoo training center for kids in the Town Center - its exactly opposite the Al Ahli hospital. This is near Madinat Khalifa. Not sure of the quality of the classes. Dont know of any closer ones - there might be more..
But - there is one near Ramada signal. The Korean Taekwandoo center. The classes and the instructors over there are great. But not very close to the location you wanted. If you are looking for convenience - the first one would do. But if you want quality - check this one out.
