Hello,
Hope you can help plz we are a lebanese married couple. My husband went to doha Qatar 1 month and few days ago. He is working with a firm there as a sales manager.they are working on his visa (resident permit).he's not satisfied in his work due to the bad conditions offered, not as promised.the qatari manager of the firm, told my husband that when he'll send him back lebanon he will not be able to enter qatar after 3 years and no way to work at another firm in qatar.Meanwhile i'm in Lebanon working on going to qatar as soon as possible.the question is if i go there and work, can my husband stay in the country even if he left his current position with this qatari firm?can he change his sponsorship and be related with another firm?or else how to manage to stay in qatar if he wish to change his job?
thanks for your comprehension and help

ONE MORE VARIANT:

PROBABLY THERE IS POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE HIS SPONSORSHIP FROM FIRM TO WIFE IF YOU WILL COME TO QATAR IN TIME. IT'S TAKE A TIME AND DEPEND OF TYPE OF CONTRACT WHAT WIFE WILL HAVE.

One question is, does your husband have his residence permit already. I mean does he have the stamp in his passport? Many years ago I also had problems and was told that as long as I did not have the "official" stamp in my passport I could change. Unfortunately it was too late for me. So I recommend your husband gets his file number at the immigration from the mandoob at his company. Then with this he goes to the immigration and checks what has been done and if he can withdraw his application. If it is not too late he will be able to apply with another company as sponsor. If it is too late & he gets cancelled, he will have 2 year period of not being able to work in Qatar. Hope this info helps you. Good luck.
