Visa for the kids

Hi All,

I am a single mum from Denmark, who has been offered a job in Doha. My question is: will I be asked for my ex´s signature when I apply for a visa for the kids.

We are still only separated and there is no ways he is going to agree to me taking the children to Quatar. There are no laws stopping me from leaving Denmark with the kids but will I be able to obtain the visa in Quatar without his consent?

I hope someone can help or maybe know the number of a local lawyer who might be able to.

Thanks, M

I can´t submit the marriage certificate since I am no longer married and for the bank statements: How is that going to work when I want my children to come with me straight away?

I can´t wait 6 month for bank statements!!

Does anyone know a good quatari lawyer who can help??
