Speed Limit

Friends,
Beware of hidden speed cameras. It can be inside a parked vehicle also with no flash. Today I had to pay QR 700/- and a deduction of 4 points from my driving license. I was doing 110km whereas the speed limit was only 80km. This happened on the messaieed road leading to Gate no.1 or past it. I'm not the only one caught on the net. In our office to my knowledge about 25+ were having fines of QR 700 & above.

So please be cautious while stepping on the pedal. 3+ such deduction will end up in your license being confiscated for upto 6 months or above(i'm not sure about the period).

Wish you all safe & pleasant driving....

It is much easier to just do the speed limit. I also think it is nice to have a little heads up, just incase your foot gets heavy.

... you know, if they ask me: "what is ONE THING that you want from qatar?" I would say: "Give me 1 (one) Radar at any location for my entire life”....
