Guys, it wasn't a hack, I was working on the user permissions on the site and neglectfully (cringing) left a permission on which caused the whole havoc. Grand apologies to all users.

last time i had my tooth extracted i was scolded by my dentist coz i was really trembling, she warned me to relax otherwise the pain killer wouldn't go thru and will just waste the pain killer..:/
