Can anyone inform if there is something like CONSUMER FORUM or society, which takes care of customer rights.
I am having problem with an airline, who are not listening to my complaints. I have no idea where to lodge my complaint who could help me get justice
try reaching the management some how(at least it should reach the CEO). Once he knows there has been problems action will be swift and merciless.

You better get used to it pal. There are three things which are non-existant here, and these are:
1. Customer satisfaction.
2. Service after sales.
3. Follow-up.
Which are all really the same thing, said in three different ways. And these are not simply Western values; some Asian countries like Japan, S. Corea... and i'm not sure what other country i could add, abide by them. All the rest, sorry but, may it's due to overpopulation, have contaminated eachother, and have imported this disease to GCC countries.
I wouldn't waste time to look for bodies that will defend consumer rights. We might be light-years away.

Cant you find your way to Manager office well if you cant then better stop looking.
