Ezdan Hotels (ex-Bavaria City Suites) in West Bay

Hi everybody...Is there anyone living in the subjected place? I am there, just would like to warn those who are planning or considering moving there - DO NOT MAKE SUCH MISTAKE!
I've been since the first day of opening, on March 1, - the place is a DISASTER. If not contractual obligations (1-year contract) , i would leave immediately without thinking.
Wish everyone better luck with accommodation!

I should be coming to Doha late this summer and Bavaria was recommended to me as a good accommodation.

Would you have some new info? Any improvements from Sep 2007? Could you post any pictures from the place? Here or PM would do. Thanks!

People do pay much higer than 9'500 QR for 2-3 bedroom apts. The rents initially for 3 bedroom were over QR 23K - how can one pay this amount for just a 3 bedroom flat??? and to be honest, the quality is the worst among similar buildings.

They run ads in papers saying they have internet in the rooms - crap! internet only available in the lobby, and you must be extremely successful to open any page due to the weakest connection.

I have yesterday hired a studio for three months for 9500 per month for one of our engineers. He is in Tower No 2 on the 10th floor. So far so good. Any specific complaints please PM me so that we try to help eachother.

Indeed this place is a disaster...i know that...i had inspected there during the Asian Games...and everything looked so out of place...sad for u...dude...
