If it is one of the big company here in Qatar then they will shoulder all the expenses. You will only have to pay a processing fee of more or less PHP6,000.00 to the agency. This is for POEA and other government fees. But most of the time, the agency there aree very enterprising charging you 1 month salary as placement when in fact they have already collected from your sponsor. good luck.

It is a standard practice in our country that OCW applicant are being charged of a recruitment fee of equivalent to 1 mos. salary + processing fee + medical fee as approved by the government. If your employer will shoulder the cost that would be great. It all depend on you now on how you will negtiotiate your terms. In my case, my employer shouldered my placement fee except for the processing and medical.

Good Luck Kapatid.

also asked everything they promised in writing ... once you land and arrive here it would be very hard to leave. You will need an exit visa from your sponsor (usually your employer) and any complication between your employer / agent / yourself may lead to problem/s regarding your departure from Doha.

never pay anything to the recruitment company ... the decent recruitment company always claim their fee from the employer.
