you will find a way to pass the test... there is no harm in giving it a try...

you will have to make a medical check up in the comission of health to geta residency.

visa less than 30 days no need, but you take 15 and extend another 15, as far as i know is the easiest way.

As for TB, am not sure it is a big issue as long as it is not active.

ie. old none infective, ppl even work with that!!!

PM if you need more info.

If you husdand is going to sponsor you, then you'll need to do the medical.

Even for a visit visa sponsored by your husband lasting more than 30 days (say the 6 month visit visa available) you have to take a medical. It is mandatory here........Only 3 month business visas have the medical exemption....

You can take a chance and try, but since you mentioned your scar is visible there is a good chance you will get rejected, but hope for the best. The dummies at the medical commission are usually not very efficient and are lazy, so that could be used to your advantage. Just keep mum and go for the test....

I bought my father to Qatar for 6 months, he had to do the medical check up.

My mother visited for a month, she did not do medical check up.

Both were on tourist visa.

Good luck

visit visa under your husbands visa is not required to have a medical. but if you stay longer and have to get a residence visa (to be able to work) under husbands visa you will be required to go to medical.
