Assistance and advices for firstimer working n living in Doha from Singapore for Qatar Airways.

I always like to get myself emotionally/mentally prepare before engaging in my new job at Doha Airport.
I will be posted to work in Qatar in due time and very concern of adapting myself there so please share me your opinions or advices
that I can practice to good use.
Followings are my concerns:
1.Accomodation provided by Qatar Airways?
2.Transportation for staff?
3.Doha Airport and its operations?
4.Food?
5.Working hours and rest days?
6.Perks and Benefits?
7.When am I allow to travel back home n how often?
8.Colleagues and workers in Doha Airport,can I blend in working
together?
9.Is language a barrier as Im able to converse only in English and
Malay?
10.What to pack and bring importantly when residing in Qatar?
