usually mouse and cat does not get along with each other but, below images show that true friendship can be between any one breaking all common rules ..

What I make of it is that human beings alone are not social animals. In desperate times, a cat and a mouse can be good friends too. It also means that cat is well fed and isn't hungry anymore.
Btw, hope you haven't forgotten to post pic of cat eating that mouse later on.
But I don't see that happening with a man and a tiger or a crocodile. :)
