You don't really expect a sick person to drive all the way to Messaieed to prove his sickness or get medicines! If you can get there when sick, I guess you are good enough to work! LOL. The other option left for us to get a letter from HMC or a HM clinic in your area, a much easier option for us. So what are you gonna preted to be sick of today? Stomach ache generally works well. They can never prove you wrong. I remember once I pretended to have pain in my scrotum, LOL LOL. The doc was clueless and advised me to rush to the HMC emergency! Am laughing as I write this.
