Lost Driving Licence

It is easy to get a replacement for lost driving licence. You can apply online at http://www.e.gov.qa or if you visit the traffic police along with a typed form for replacement. The form can be typewritten by one of the typists available at the place. You need one photograph and need to do an eye test at the station. The eye test took me 2 hours to complete because of the long queue.

Once registered, you will have to wait 15 days for issue of a duplicate licence.

I was pick pocketed at carrefour a couple of months back. Lost all my cards and identification in that process.
