Strange Missed Call
Hi guys, Everyday I rcvd two missed call from the same number (+967777060394), knowing that there is no country having this Code "+96777" and it's only one ring but repeated since two weeks,
Do anyone face the same before or know any idea about the source of this call. I'hv some ideas but not sure like: may be a virus in my Mobil device "i-mate" or some one trying to call through the net (but why only one ring two time a day) its sounds like a dose for medication :)

Yes, I also experienced this amny time. unknwon codes, early morning, evening or late nites.
A guy with me at work who always claims to be ultra cunning and never gets scammes just fell into one of these scams, kept getting a call from yemen, he called back and this girl answers and tells him she's in toruble and needs money to go back to her home in saudi arabia and that fate has made it for her to find him, the guy sent her like 4000ryals right away to save her!! Never heard from her ever again, he calls the number and an angry yemeni man answers.
i don't even know anyone from Iraq? The clients I handle for the company I work for are in Syria and Kuwait.
It's the first time I had these calls...what would they want from me? Anyway, they stopped now...and it I receive those calls again, I hope it won't be till the next million years...

They're wasting money to infuriate people hey don't know? They must have lots of money to burn or they're just plain loonies...

Probably just random but these guys, they pay for long distance calls to people they don't know who don't want to talk to them.
Go figure.
from a long number starting with +964...totally freaked me out.
I know that the caller is Arabic and I told him "Ana mafi malum arabic" but he kept calling and calling and calling even during early dawn for 3 days.
I called QTEL and they said I have to go to the police and file a complaint but when I told him of the number, they said they can'[ do anything about it.
Saurday night came and that @#$%^&* man called again so I yelled to that s@#$%$#$%^b%^&*th that he's crazy and will report him to the police...Guess what...that MORON stopped calling...
How in hell's name did they get my number?

it seems that their credit is finished b4 they told the message:). But at least u kn from which country they calling.
I'm still recv the same missed call till yesterday, but anyway no other solution except ignorring.
no country that starts with this code, then it might be the aliens who are trying to contact you. Answer the phone and look in their proposal, they might be able to solve the human problems that no one can solve whether it is gonna be a temp or permanent solution.
hey some times if we call frm the public telephone booth means we get the num: like this only once i also received like one unknown code num and at last i know that my frnd try to call me frm public tele booth..................no need to afraid.................

Nouf84 - I am sorry, but it is kind of funny and amazing how they can subscribe you to receive dirty calls.. hehehe... they probably forgot to tell you how to UNsubscribe huh..
I wish I knew how to do that......can easssssssily think of a couple of work colleauges who deserves it!!!!
they simply want you to call back as they don't want to spend a penny on these calls.

Most probably its kind of virus.
still its more funny when u get sms or mms from some unknown ppl and than they apologize sorry in hurry mistyped. i really get cofused whats the msg.

i weekly or daily get rings just one or two rings and than stops mostly from Bahrain or Lebanon or Morocco or Uae and KSA. its normal and they are females mostly calling looking for friendship.
