New vegetarian fine dining restaurant in Doha. Yummie!

There's a new vegetarian restaurant at the Ramada Plaza called "Greens". I went recently and the menu's really yummie. They do international vegetarian fine dining and a lot of really tasty fruit cocktails & "power shots". Like all the other restaurants & bars at the Ramada, Greens is licenced. Unlike most other restaurants in hotels in Doha, Greens is completely non-smoking, allowing you to enjoy your dinner in a smoke-free environment.
I'm not a vegetarian, but there was plenty on the menu that I fancied ordering and the food I had was first class.

Car park's sorted (just those shady things are still missing). Oh and I forgot to say in my previous post: For those of you who've been in Doha for longer and have been to the Ramada before - Jimmy's back. He has a little bar called Manhattan just off the lobby of the new Ramada building ;-)

As far as I know it's dinner only at the moment, but there are plans to open it for lunch later on.

When I went, I saw that all the restaurants & bars were open. I got a little show-round and there's lots on offer. A fish restaurant and a stunning steak house, a Chinese and a Balti and a Champagne & Caviar bar with live jazz piano at night... Worth checking out further, I think.

Just go into the bar on the first floor - you will get loads of offers... :) all subject to agreement!

nothing so subtle as a contact number required.

Can we stay with the food theme here rather than postulate upon whether the Plaza is about to become the latest hangout for the 'Ladies of the Night"....

Are there going to be loads of prostitutes in that Ramada building too? or are they going to only operate in the original Ramada?

I wasn't aware that the Ramada Plaza was officially open yet. Does anyone know if all the restaurants and bars there are fully functional, or is Greens the only one thus far?

Makes the Ramada complex the social hub (!!) of Doha as it will have a combined 20 restaurants and bars....
