employment visa recieved from qatar.

I am an indian citizen, working in dubai, United arab emirates as an accountant in advertising company. recently i have got an offer from qatar and the qatari company has issued a entry visa for six months on my name. i will be moving now from dubai to qatar. My question is that i'm not cancelling my United arab emirates visa (which is an employment cum residence visa for three years) and right away without cancelling my UAE employment visa i'm moving to qatar on the entry visa of six months. qatari company will issue me a work visa of qatar with family status after Six months. i'm now in dilemma that as i have not cancelled my uae residence cum employment visa, can i get my qatari employment visa stamped on my passport without facing any problems in qatar??? can i have two nations residence cum employment visas???? i'm worrying that qatari immigration will object stamping my qatari employment visa on my passport which i will get after passing six months in qatar from the company which has sended me currently the entry visa of six months. Will not be there any problem in qatar ministry of labour to stamp my qatar visa on my passport by seeing my uae visa????
please help me in this regard, that i can have two employment visa valid on my passport.
currently i have valid uae employment visa, can i get stamped my qatari employment visa also on my passport without any problem in qatar immigration or the qatar labor ministry????
having a dual residency is possible yet as far as authorities are concerned, few considerations are there t make it work. it is not a metter of cancelling your visa after completing 6 months in Qatar, it is your option if either u cancel UAE visa, have a Qatar Permanent Visa stamped or exit the country and re- entry and work again for 6 months.
but it is true there is hardly few GCC employees having dual residency. it is in your company's discretion if they will allow you or process dual-residency.

You are eligible to get a 6 moths project visa or visit visa if you have valid UAE visa. after completion of your 6 months you should cancel your UAE visa and apply for Qatar Permanant Visa.
Qatar Labour Dept will not issue a permanant visa if you have any other GCC permanant Visa.
